ROBERT HANTGAN

Robert Hantgan is the Vice President of Esquire Properties. His area of expertise is retail tenant and landlord representation.

Having owenership interests in retail projects totaling over 400,000 square feet, and developing and executing the market expansion plans for several national and regional retail and restaurant chains, Robert has extensive experience in retail real estate. His practice in this field includes the identification and analysis of sites, the creation of company-specific market strategies, lease negotiations, permit procurement and site development.

In addition, Robert has served as the exclusive Real Estate Representative for the publicly traded Cosi restaurant chain, and in such capacity, assisted in the roll out of approximately 110 locations in thirteen states.

Robert holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University and an Economics Degree from Tulane University.

He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Houston Chair of the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis—The Miami Project.
